NVR -I'm Sorry For The Delay

We received an email at 5:50 am yesterday morning from the loan specialist.  She just finally remembered to send us our loan approval. The letter was dated September 7 and we got it in an email on September 18. We broke ground on September 10.  With that being said, I just don't like that we are following guidelines and neither of these companies are.

    Im with you on that...aaa men!! Can we say Sorry forgot to ADD that, but can you ADD than now please...LOL

    Dwtimes please don't get me started on this. The emails, the requests....nothing is timely on their end. When we question things the emails start off saying "we would never do that". I'm getting agitated thinking about these people.
